Who we are
AurumWorks Partner LLP ("we") operates www.aurumworkspartners.com (the "Site") from New Delhi, India. We are the data fiduciary (India's DPDP Act, 2023) and data controller (GDPR) for the data described here.
What we collect and why
- What you give us: name, email, phone, messages, to reply to you, provide what you ask for, and send marketing only with your consent.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, to run, secure, and improve the Site.
We rely on your consent, a contract with you, our legitimate interests, or legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (hosting: @aurumworkspartners.com; analytics: @aurumworkspartners.com; email: info@aurumworkspartners.com), with authorities when the law requires, and with a successor if our business is sold. Some providers are outside India and the EEA; we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed: enquiries [24 months], accounts until deletion, invoices [8 years] (tax law), newsletters until you unsubscribe. We protect data with HTTPS, access controls, and trusted providers, and will notify you of any breach as the law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or erase your data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you (DPDP Act). Under the GDPR you can also object, restrict processing, and port your data. California residents can opt out of data "sales" (we do not sell data). Contact us below and we will respond within [30] days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local authority.
Children and changes
The Site is not for children under [18], and we do not knowingly collect their data without parental consent. We will post any updates here with a new date.
