I had the pleasure of working with Pranjali for roughly 4 years. Throughout that time we had many opportunities to collaboratively work together as I was growing a couple different teams and required an extensive list of strong candidates to choose from. Not only was Pranjali efficient in providing a list of the strongest candidates, she always ensured that pre-screening checks were done to ensure each individual was best suited for the open position, she was always able to act promptly given the urgency of the position needing to be hired, and she carried herself very professionally while doing so.
